Before we can resettle our next family, we need to finish building our teams, to ensure there are enough volunteers to accomplish the myriad things that go into helping a refugee family get a New Start. Some volunteers volunteer a few hours a week, and some volunteer for more time-intensive tasks. All the volunteers are essential to helping our family succeed.eers take on different responsibilities within our teams, and some volunteers stick with what they know and love.

Some volunteers volunteer a few hours a week, and some volunteer for more time-intensive tasks. All the volunteers are essential to helping our family succeed.
Our biggest need at the moment is for volunteers to help with all aspects of our Transportation Team, including making sure the family has transportation to and from classes and appointments; teaching the family how to use the public transportation system; and drivers to drive the family places.
We also need more members on the teams that deal with the family's social services benefits and with education.
